The kitchen diner with an electric range cooker and long table offers ample space for family meals boasting views of Mynydd Mawr Mountain. The adjoining utility room is an ideal space for drying coats and muddy walking boots. Through the kitchen into the conservatory this offers comfortable seating and relaxing space to admire the stunning scenery whilst watching the sheep grazing and lambs pranking in the spring evenings.
The lounge has comfortable leather seating to relax and unwind on in front of the warming log burner, the adjoining snug offers extra seating and space for children to play games.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bunk bedroom along with a family bathroom. Downstairs the twin bedroom and shower room offers accommodation for guests who may prefer to not use the stairs.
The large enclosed garden (with an unfenced stream running through it) to the rear of the farmhouse is secluded and tranquil, with a patio area and outdoor furniture it is a lovely peaceful space to dine outdoors on a warm summers evening.
A games room located in the stone barn offers indoor entertainment for those wet days with a 6 foot pool table and table tennis for the children and a sauna for the adults - a perfect way to relax after a long day of walking!!

Superb location with lovely views and great access to all of Snowdonia. Immaculately clean well equipped cottage - had everthing we needed and plenty of space for a family of 9. We would highly recommend staying here.
We have had another wonderful week at this lovely farmhouse, this is our 3rd visit and we would recommend it to anyone wanting a great base to explore Snowdonia. Thanks for another great holiday!
Great cottage is in a lovely peaceful location surrounded by the mountains. We enjoyed sitting in the conservatory watching the sheep and lambs in the fields. Wonderful place to stay we will be back!
